Return Policy
Damages
We pack every item with TLC, but can not be responsible for what happens once it leaves our hands. Therefore we highly reccomend you purchase insurance to protect your purchase. We use plenty of bubble wrap, and want the choice to be yours,....but can not be held responsible for damages if you do not purchase insurance. If you do purchase insurance, and have a claim, save all packaging, and contact your carrier immediately.

Returns/Refunds

1. You MUST call  Country Essentials within 3 days of delivery.
603-335-7746 for Authorization Number & Shipping info.
We do not accept unauthorized returns . 
NOR CAN WE PAY TO RETURN IT TO YOU.
You must call 603-335-7746 for authorization.

2. Item must be in unused, unwashed BRAND NEW condition. 
3.  We must receive it back within 7 days of your authorization , upon inspection you will receive credit, minus  shipping.
4. Curtains must be in original, untorn packaging or they will not be accepted for return as we can not sell them that way.

No Returns on Special Orders or Seasonal

DAMAGES
All items are 1st Quality and inspected before they are shipped.
In the unlikely event there is a problem, we must be notified
within 3 days of your delivery. Returned in 7 days.
We suggest you send it with a tracking # and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

REFUNDS/RETURNS ~  Victorian Heart
If for some reason you simply want to return your item, and there is nothing wrong with it, be aware there is a 25% Re-stocking fee on returned Bedding Ensembles to cover the cost of Shipping to you for FREE,  then back to the company, packing, materials and Credit Card Fees. This is imposed by the company.

PARTIAL RETURNS On Bedding Ensembles
If you recieved FREE SHIPPING OR A DISCOUNT for
purchasing the required number of items, and you return some of them, you will be charged the difference in pricing.
The discount is only for the multi-purchase.
