We pack every item with TLC, but can not be responsible for what happens once it leaves our hands. Therefore we highly reccomend you purchase insurance to protect your purchase. We use plenty of bubble wrap, and want the choice to be yours,....but can not be held responsible for damages if you do not purchase insurance. If you do purchase insurance, and have a claim, save all packaging, and contact your carrier immediately.

3 days of delivery.

If for some reason you simply want to return your item, and there is nothing wrong with it, be aware there is a
25% Re-stocking fee on returned Bedding Ensembles to cover the cost of Shipping to you for FREE, then back to the company, packing, materials and Credit Card Fees. This is imposed by the company.
PARTIAL RETURNS On Bedding Ensembles
If you recieved FREE SHIPPING OR A DISCOUNT for
purchasing the required number of items, and you return some of them, you will be charged the difference in pricing.
