We keep our shipping fees to a minimum and do not charge any materials or handling fees.  You will only be charged the actual fees imposed by the shipping companies to get your items to you. However, there are some conditions beyond our control that may result in an additional ship fee to get your items to you:

• If your box is "oversize" as determined by UPS or USPS
• If your box weighs much heavier than what the shipping chart allows for
• If you live in Mountain or Pacific time zones
• If your order requires more than one box.

   Our products are of the highest quality and hand selected, inspected and packed by us. We take great care in describing our products and taking accurate photos. Therefore there are no cash refunds, only store credits, and you must contact us for approval.  You must notify us in 3 days that you would like to exchange an item. It must be in original packaging and excellent saleable condition. You then are responsible for shipping it to us, and it must be recieved in 7 days. Providing you have met the conditions above, and it is saleable, you may exchange it for another item MINUS OUR SHIPPING COSTS, and a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.  You also will be responsible for shipping the new product to you.
